3. Main Parts of Tape Slitting Machine: Engineered for Durability, Precision, and Ease of Operation

 

(1) Inlet: Efficient Unwinding with Precise Alignment

The inlet has an independent hydraulic loading/unwinding stand, shaftless unwinding (hydraulic lift/left-right push), analog EPC lateral web guide, and automatic tension control. It handles 6-1120mm wide rolls (max φ1300mm, 800kg load) with 200Nm unwinding motor torque and ±0.4mm EPC accuracy. Linear guides make the stand easy to push and durable; PLC-controlled tension (via roll diameter calculation) and EPC ensure neat rewinding.

 

(2) Deflection Roller and Guide Roller: Ensuring Smooth Material Flow

Equipped with manual deviation adjustment (±30mm range) and adjustable end rollers, the φ80mm×1120mm guide rollers accommodate varying material quality. Dynamically balanced rollers eliminate vibration, preventing wrinkling/stretching.

 

(3) Traction Drive: Stable Power for Consistent Processing

It uses AC variable frequency drive, synchronous belt drive, steel + Nitrile rubber (70°-75° Shore A) double rollers (φ120mm×1120mm), and pneumatic pressure adjustment (max 200kg). With 7.5KW motor, ≤5g roller balancing, and high – quality bearings, it blocks unwinding/rewinding tension interference, ensures stable speed, reduces noise, and enables smooth high – speed operation.

 

(4) Slitting Section: Precise Cutting with Efficient Waste Management

Circular knives (top-bottom interlocking, gear-adjusted depth, manual nut engagement) handle slitting. A 0.75KW exhaust fan collects offcuts. It includes 68 sets of 15mm high-speed steel knives and 240 spacers for accurate width adjustment.

 

 

(5) Rewinding Section: Neat and Efficient Roll Formation

Dual-tile steel air-inflated shafts, automatic tension control, pneumatic support arms (extend with diameter), and single-axis tension control are featured. It handles max φ680mm rolls (300kg load) with two 4KW vector motors. φ240mm steel rollers (with 120 rubber rollers) ensure even winding; quick roll changes minimize downtime.

 

(6) Frame: Robust Foundation

Made of 40mm thick inspected used steel plate, it offers rigidity, stability, and vibration reduction, extending machine life.

 

(7) Air System: Enhancing Automation

Centralized pneumatic actuators (controlled via panel/hand valves) automate tasks like pressure adjustment and arm movement, reducing labor intensity and human error.

 

(8) Electrical Control System: Advanced & Intuitive
